Honoring Those Who Serve: Diaper and Wipe Support for First Responders & Active Duty Servicemembers.

As a gesture of gratitude for their unwavering dedication and sacrifice, we are proud to offer a one-month supply of diapers and wipes to eligible families within the first responder & military community.

This initiative reflects our deep appreciation for those who protect and care for others- often while facing great personal demands. By supporting their families, we hope to ease a small part of their everyday burdens and express our heartfelt thanks.

How Do I Apply?

Step 1: Verify that you qualify using the guidelines below.

Step 2: Fill out our application on our website below or download the form and email it to info@frontlinefamiliesunited.org.

Step 3: Applicants must email (2) most recent pay stubs for the qualifying parent or guardian. (info@FrontlineFamiliesUnited.Org). In your subject line on the email please put: “Requesting Care Package”.

Step 4: We will email you with a confirmation upon receiving your request and accompanying documents.

By submitting this application, you confirm that all information provided is true and accurate to the best of your knowledge.

Who Qualifies

To be eligible you must meet the following criteria:

Service Requirement: At least one parent or legal guardian must be an active-duty member of the U.S. military or an active first responder, including:

  • Law enforcement officers

  • Firefighters

  • Emergency medical services (EMS) personnel

  • 911 dispatchers and public safety communications professionals

  • Your combined household income is $150,000 per year or less.

  • You are expecting a child or have a baby under 12 months of age.

Residency Requirement: You must currently reside in Florida in one of the following counties:

  • Baker County

  • Nassau County

  • Duval County

  • Clay County

  • Bradford County

Proof of Eligibility: Applicants must email (2) most recent pay stubs for the qualifying parent or guardian. (info@FrontlineFamiliesUnited.Org)
These documents must verify:

  • Current employment as a first responder or active-duty military member

  • Household income

What’s Included

Each baby box contains approximately one month’s supply of diapers and wipes.

By submitting this application, you confirm that all information provided is true and accurate to the best of your knowledge. Submission does not guarantee receipt of a baby care package. Packages are distributed based on availability and eligibility criteria. We respect your privacy and will use your information solely to process your request in accordance with our privacy policy.
