Our Mission

At Frontline Families United, our mission is to champion the everyday heroes — the families of first responders and military service members.

As a military and law enforcement family ourselves, we noticed a gap. While there are meaningful programs that step in during times of crisis, there are far fewer resources available for families who are actively serving — balancing demanding jobs, tight budgets, and the everyday challenges of raising children. We believe support shouldn’t start with tragedy — it should start with community.

Many frontline families fall just above the cutoff for traditional assistance programs, yet still face financial stress, long hours, and emotional strain. That’s where we come in. Our goal is to bridge the gap — by providing these families with diapers and wipes. As we continue to grow, we plan to expand our support.

  • Savanna McOmber

    Founder & President

    Savanna served in the U.S. Marine Corps with the HMX-1 Presidential Helicopter Squadron and now leads with a mission-driven commitment to service. As both a military and law enforcement spouse, she brings a personal understanding of the strength, sacrifice, and resilience that define America’s frontline families. Through Frontline Families United, Savanna is dedicated to ensuring these families receive the essential support they deserve-from day one.

  • Skyler Norse

    Co-Founder & Board Treasurer

    Skyler leads financial oversight and contributes to the organization’s strategic vision and community engagement efforts. A law enforcement professional with the Bradford County Sheriff’s Office since 2016, Skyler comes from a family of public servants-with her father currently serving as Chief of Police in Lawtey, Florida.

    Her deep-rooted connection to both law enforcement and military life- through her marriage to a disabled veteran and fellow officer-gives her a unique perspective on the complex challenges frontline families face.

  • Morgan Allen

    Vice President

    A proud native of Macclenny, Florida, where small-town values of faith, family, and service laid the foundation for a life of purpose. A devoted mother of two and the owner of a digital marketing and social media firm. Morgan brings both strategic insight and a deep passion for uplifting those who serve. Her professional background allows her to amplify the mission of Frontline Families United- honoring frontline families by ensuring their sacrifices are seen, supported, and celebrated.
