Request a Care Package 

At Frontline Families United, we’re proud to support our nation’s first responder and military families by providing free customizable baby care packages with essential supplies for newborns and infants.

If you are part of a frontline family welcoming a new addition, we’d love to help make things a little easier.

Who Qualifies

To be eligible to receive a baby box, you must meet the following criteria:

Service Requirement: At least one parent or legal guardian must be an active-duty member of the U.S. military or an active first responder, including:

  • Law enforcement officers

  • Firefighters

  • Emergency medical services (EMS) personnel

  • 911 dispatchers and public safety communications professionals

  • Your combined household income is $100,000 per year or less.

  • You are expecting a child or have a baby under 12 months of age.

Residency Requirement: You must currently reside in Florida in one of the following counties:

  • Baker County

  • Nassau County

  • Duval County

  • Clay County

  • Bradford County

Proof of Eligibility: Applicants must email (2) most recent pay stubs for the qualifying parent or guardian. (info@FrontlineFamiliesUnited.Org)
These documents must verify:

  • Current employment as a first responder or active-duty military member

  • Household income

What’s Included

Each baby box contains a thoughtfully curated selection of essentials, which may include:

  • Diapers (various sizes)

  • Baby wipes

  • Onesies or sleepers

  • Swaddles or blankets

  • Bottles or feeding supplies

  • Personal care items (like baby shampoo or lotion)

  • Small gifts or notes of encouragement

Our boxes are put together with love and donated supplies, so contents may vary slightly depending on availability.

By submitting this application, you confirm that all information provided is true and accurate to the best of your knowledge. Submission does not guarantee receipt of a baby care package. Packages are distributed based on availability and eligibility criteria. We respect your privacy and will use your information solely to process your request in accordance with our privacy policy.
